[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, inter alia alleging that she is in illegal custody of the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the detenu has eloped with one Arivalagan and attempts are being made to trace both of them.
