O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.307 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that after investigation the F.I.R was closed as "mistake of fact" and a report to that effect was sent to the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli on 13.03.2020.
3. The statement of the prosecution was verified with the online status. On verification of the online status reveals that the F.I.R was closed as "mistake of fact". Since the F.I.R was closed as "mistake of fact", this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
