Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip in RFL/Vedasandur/29/2025 dated 31.01.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently, direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 31.01.2025 which was presented for the said landed property comprised in Survey No. 249/1 measuring an extent of 6 acres 79 cents situated at Puliyamarathukottai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2025. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
