ORDER

The de-facto complainant in this case has passed away. However, his son, viz., Deenadayalan, the second respondent herein is present before this Court. The offences are only under Sections 147, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. Since the issue has been amicably settled, no purpose will be served in permitting the prosecution to continue. Hence, the impugned FIR shall stand quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
