PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17/02/2022 in lieu of the agreement entered into between the petitioner's society and the second respondent, dated 11/02/2016 and pass appropriate order on merits in accordance with law within the outer time stipulated by this court and pass such further or other order.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17/02/2022 in lieu of the agreement entered into between the petitioner's Society and the second respondent, dated 11/02/2016 and pass appropriate order on merits in accordance with law within the outer time stipulated by this court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent 1 and 2 as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 5th respondent.

3.This writ petition is disposed of after dispensing with notice on the 4th respondent, as no adverse orders are passed or proposed to be passed against him.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 17/02/2022 will be considered by the respondents 2 and 3 and disposed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to say that no adverse orders shall be passed by the respondents 2nd and 3 against the petitioner. No costs.
