It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police and there is also an undertaking by the respondent police that the petitioner will be called for enquiry only on issuance of summons, specifying the date, time and place.

4. Recording the undertaking given by the respondent police, this petition is closed.
