This petition is for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14.09.2017.
2.The reading of the complaint clearly discloses cognizable offences particularly offences under Section 498-A I.P.C. and dowry harassment. In these circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.09.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and then proceed in accordance with law. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
