ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial cases registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul to dispose the O.S.No.268 of 2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court and allow this Civil Revision Petition.
2. The suit is filed in the year 2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that P.W.1 was examined in chief on 22.04.2022 and ever since it is kept pending without any progress.
3. If there is any necessity for speedy disposal of the case, the revision petitioner can approach the concerned Court by stating all the facts and circumstances, for speedy disposal of the case. It is for the trial Court to consider the request of the revision petitioner. There can be no direction from this Court for speedy disposal. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
