By order dated 30.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in EP No.57 of 2019 in OS No.

50 of 2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. After extension of time having been granted by this Court, now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.

597/2025, dated 04.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 30.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 30.07.2024.
