ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 & 471 IPC in Crime No.111 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The issue relates to forgery of insurance documents in respect of the vehicles that were let on hire to Koodankulam Nuclear Power Corporation. The petitioners are the employees. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the first accused. 3.Considering the fact that the case against the petitioners rests only on documentary evidence and custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur, Tirunelveli District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with common sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
