ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner land and demarcate the boundaries in Survey No.379/1A1A to an extent of 3600 sq.ft and Survey No.361/6B3 to an extent of 1800 sq.ft at Pambuvilundan Village, Kattuparamakudi Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2.Heard Mr.P.Muthusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

4.The petitioner, in order to measure and identify the boundaries of his land in Survey No.379/1A1A to an extent of 3600 sq.ft and Survey No.361/6B3 to an extent of 1800 sq.ft at Pambuvilundan Village, Kattuparamakudi Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, made an application to the respondents, especially, the 2nd respondent on 20.05.2019 and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the said representation is directed to be considered by the 2nd respondent and an order to that effect is passed after measuring the land within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2019 would be considered by the 2nd respondent and final order would be passed thereon, on merits, within a time frame.

6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction: "The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2019 and do the needful as required in the said representation and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
