ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.7 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.620 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute between the deceased and the accused, the petitioner had attacked the deceased with spade on the head of the deceased which lead to death.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 73 years and he has lost his eye sight also. It is further submitted that the other accused 1 to 6 were already arrested and released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed the petition contending that the petitioner is having direct overt act in this case.

5. Considering the allegation made against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
