This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 16.04.2021 and the same is still pending.
