ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.20465 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22667 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for more than 30 days and that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.20465 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22667 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the trial Court as and when required.
