The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR based on the complaint dated 25.09.2017 given by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 27.10.2017. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also served a copy of the closure report on the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
