ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner submitted the protest petition before the second respondent demanding that in respect of the petition mentioned survey number, the second respondent should not entertain any document for registration. The petitioner's request was negatived and the impugned communication dated 10.01.2022 was issued. The second respondent has set out in the said communication that the petitioner has not demonstrated his entitlement at all. Challenging the same, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. I wanted to know if the petitioner had enclosed his patta in the typed set of papers. No revenue document has been enclosed. The petitioner has not shown as to how he is entitled to the petition mentioned property. The reasons set out in the impugned communication are well founded. The impugned order is sustained. It is open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
