ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Kamesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition is filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.[MD]No.1878 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025. 2.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner that due to health condition he was unable to comply with the order of this Court, time is extended for another fifteen [15] days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed."
