ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents in the guise of enquiry not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated by the petitioner that he is working in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ school for more than ten years. It appears that a communication has

been sent to the Director of School Education in the name of one B.Rajendran, making allegations against the Headmaster of the school.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the Headmaster of the school suspected the petitioner for sending the letter/complaint to the Director of School Education. It was on the basis of such assumption, the counsel for petitioner states that petitioner was called by the police and enquired.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no complaint has been received as against the petitioner from anybody and that there was no harassment. He further submitted that no enquiry is contemplated as against the petitioner.

6. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
