This petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to file the alteration report in Crime No.403 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the police have filed an action dropped report on 18.04.2017 before the Executive Magistrate, Rathapuram.
