ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 323, 324, 506(ii), 294(b), 307 IPC in Crime No.43 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.In this case, the police official concerned was abused in filthy language. Based on the suggestion made by this Court, the petitioner went to the respondent and expressed her regret in writing.

3.Taking note of the subsequent conduct of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court Pattukottai and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear

before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. It is made clear that the letter of apology given by the petitioner will not be put against her during trial.
