This Criminal Original Petition is filed under article 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to call for the records in Crime No.13 of 2006 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submit that charge sheet has been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in Crime No.13 of 2006 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
