This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and adequate police protection to conduct Adal Padal programme for one day i.e., on 07.07.2019 during the night time at 09.00 p.m., to 01.00 a.m., on the eve of Arulmigu Sri Utchinimakali Amman Temple" festival situated in Madathur Maravar Street, Korampallam, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2019 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 07.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 09.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
