Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No. 505/2021 dated 15.11.2021 within a stipulated period as framed by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioner : Mr.J.David Ganesan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor
ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No. 505/2021 dated 15.11.2021 within a stipulated period as framed by this Hon'ble Court
2. A perusal of the complaint reveals that there are serious of allegations as against the accused persons to constitute the offence.
3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to register complaint on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021 and conduct investigation.
4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
