ORDER

This petition is for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2017. 2.Though the complaint discloses cognizable offences, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was closed as mistake of fact after holding an enquiry. It is further stated that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if he is so advised.
