This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet in Crime No.50 of 2013 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
