ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there is no case or petitions pending against the petitioner.
