This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.124 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent / complainant (Srivaikundam Police Station, Thoothukudi District) and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.124 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 12.03.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
