This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in respect of the management of the property as Muthavalli of Hazarath Sharan Sha Thaikkal @ Kundu Thaikal, Pudupattinam, Thanjavur Taluk.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is a respondent in 145 Cr.P.C proceedings and therefore, he was called for enquiry and there is no harassment.
