ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R., against the accused persons based on the complaint dated 08.09.2017 and 29.06.2017 preferred by the petitioner, to the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and the de-facto complainant, namely, the petitioner himself has stated that he would approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. It is further stated that, based on the statement of the de-facto complainant / petitioner itself, the complaint has been closed.
