ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to execute the non bailable warrant dated 07.01.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.85 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai against the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the police officials went to the third respondent's house at Madurai, but his wife informed them that the third respondent is now doing business in Chennai and that they are taking necessary steps to secure the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending from 2017 onwards and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued for the third time.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to take necessary steps for executing Non-Bailable Warrant pending against the third respondent and to file status report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
