ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case of case and counter and the same have been registered in Crime Nos. 45 and 46 of 2023 respectively on the file of the respondent police and only for making an enquiry the petitioner was called for and no harassment was made against her.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents are compelling the petitioner to withdraw the complaint given by her and also trouble has been made by the private parties. He would further submit that earlier the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.3826 of 2023 seeking police protection and the same was disposed of by this Court vide order, dated 28.02.2023.

4. Considering the said submission nothing survives for consideration in this petition. He has to take the investigation and trial of final report.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
