ORDER
The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking consideration of his representation, dated 12.02.2025.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has purchased the plot under registered sale deed dated 31.12.2020. Further, the petitioner has noticed that the revenue records have been mutated as Government lands, though its part of an approved layout, he has therefore, given a representation on 12.2.2025 to the third respondent and he seeks expeditious disposal of the said application to correct the error in the revenue records.
3. Considering limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal with the consent on either side.

4. The writ petition is allowed with a direction to third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.2.2025 within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
