2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant submitted that the issue between the parties had been resolved amicably and entered into compromise. A copy of the compromise memo, dated 22.07.2021 is filed along with copy of demand draft of Rs.4,00,000/-. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the de-facto complainant had withdrawn the complaint given before the respondent police station. 3.In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this Court is of the considered view that no further order is necessary in this case.
