ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that despite applying for survey by making a representation on 07.10.2024, the officials have not come forward to survey the petitioner's land.

3.However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has given only a representation and has not remitted the requisite fee for the survey to be conducted and only under such circumstances, no survey has been conducted till date.

4.Meeting the said contention of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no option in the website to make payment, since the village concerned has been merged with 2/4

Thirupparankundram Taluk and therefore, the petitioner has not been able to make the requisite payment.

5.Considering the said difficulty of the petitioner in making payment of the requisite survey fee, it is made clear that the petitioner shall approach the second respondent and give a written request and the second respondent shall suggest the mode of payment to be effected by the petitioner and on such payment being made, the second respondent with the assistance of the third respondent shall conduct a survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks subject to the petitioner making the requisite fee payment within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
