ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to interfere into the pending Civil Dispute, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that a civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.No.66 of 2020 before the District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar, and the parties have given undertaking that they will workout their remedy in the pending civil suit itself. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the enquiry was closed 2/4

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
