The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2017.
2.The nature of complaint indicates that the petitioner has advanced a loan to the accused to tune of Rs.1,50,000/- and that they refused to give back the money, when the petitioner demanded https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ them.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that both parties have given undertaking to workout their remedy in the Court of law and that therefore the complaint itself was closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also undertakes to give a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner, forthwith.
