ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C, and Section 4 of TNWH Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with hands and used filthy language, thereby the defacto complainant filed a complaint before the respondent police against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submits that the offence implicated against the petitioner is

a bailable one, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise.
