Order:This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High court and the earlier order of this court and the letter of Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Virudhunagar, in D.No.4145 dated:11.12.2015, the court made the following order:

The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.176 of 2011. 2.Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
