O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of the E.A.No.4 of 2019 in E.P.No.51 of 2018 in Arb.O.P.No.1 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since it is only for speedy disposal of the case, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Execution Petition in E.P.No.51 of 2018 was filed in the year 2018 and that was dismissed for default on 13.06.2019. To restore the Execution Petition, E.A.No. 4 of 2019 was filed by the revision petitioner and the same is kept pending for arguments on the side of the respondent for the past three years. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

4. Even though the original matter was heard and reserved for orders, later it was re-opened for clarification. Now, it is pending for 2/4

respondent side arguments and hence, there will be a direction to the Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2019 pending on it is file within a period of one month from the date of reciept of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
