O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.06.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed.

furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No.5852 of 2016 is closed.
