This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.7 of 2016 and the case was closed as mistake of fact. Hence there is no harassment by the respondent police. 4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
