ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S. SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents-2 & 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the Cart track land in Survey No.7/4, at Karikaranputhur, Periyammapatti village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and also sought for a consequential direction to the respondents-1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents-1 to 3 submitted that the Tahsildar has passed an order on 21.04.2021 stating that there is no encroachment and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In the light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, dated, 21.04.2021, if the petitioner is so advised. No Costs.

Consequently, connected petition is closed.
