ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, of IPC and Section 3 (1) (r), 3(1)(s) and3(2) (Va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015, in Crime No.11 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners earlier moved this Court and this Court issued a direction, but then, they were not able surrender before the court concerned.

surrender before the concerned Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and apply for bail. The learned Special Court is directed to accept the surrender and also consider and dispose of the bail petition of the petitioners on the same day.
