This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent authority to conduct further investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent has registered Crime No.19 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 417, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and thereafter the offences were altered on 18.08.2021 to Sections 417, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC r/w 3(1)(z) of SC/ST Act 2015. Thereafter, on the request made by the petitioner, the investigation has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sathirapatti, Dindigul District.
