ORDER

According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Crime No.8 of 2017. The copy of the First Information Report has also been placed before this Court.
