ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 26.11.2020 in Na.Ka.No.Pa5/18413/2018 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and consequently direct the Respondents to re-instate the petitioner for the post of Member - Disrtict Welfare Committee, Tirunelveli District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the term of the aforesaid post is over. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
