ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2023 in C.S.R.No.2023/Feb/09/00414 from the file of the fourth respondent to some other agency and for other reliefs, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and since the dispute is civil in nature, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised.
