ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation to some other agency for further enquiry of the complaint made by the petitioner on 13.02.2023 and 17.02.2023 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the provisions of the Special Act, the second respondent is the competent Authority to conduct enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Orginal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.02.2023 and 17.02.2023 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
