ORDER

After arguing for some time, the the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition. Though this Court was very reluctant to allow the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition in order to give quietus to the issue enabling the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court to get remedy, if he is advised to do so and since he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle, recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he has made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
