ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the land in S.No.199 of Idaiyakottai village and S.No.32 of Javvadu patti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.Heard Mr.Raja Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 4th respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

4.The petitioner, in order to survey the land in S.No.199 of Idaiyakottai village and S.No.32 of Javvadu patti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, made an application to the 3rd respondent on 10.03.2019 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants the said representation of the petitioner to be considered and an order to be passed, within a time frame. 5.I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner would be considered by the 3rd respondent, within a time frame, after hearing the 4th respondent. 6.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following direction:
"The 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, of course, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent by giving separate notice to them and at any rate, needful shall be done and final order shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
